Life has many challenges. For the idealists, the notion of fate will be associated with thought and every action in life. For rational people, difficult challenges will be the motivation to increase the determination to conquer. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, matter determines consciousness, but from the Buddhist point of view, material today is brought about by karma and conditions from the past. The story of the hardships in life will forever be the subject for anyone, any field, any philosopher who wants to explore and find new things. However, there is an immutable rule that will last forever, that is, all things have light and dark sides. During the day, there is mornings and day time which can resemble opportunities and positivity, whereas evening and nights can resemble challenges and hidden obstacles.

Each person, whether you're an accountant who is used to having fun with numbers, or an electromechanical engineer who works hard on constructing works, or a hunter who keeps chasing his prey; every job leaves a joy and a chance for growth, even if you suddenly become the subject of being hunted.

Hunters only chase prey. Instead of being a hunter, become a creator of life for all beings.

The story of a forest will prove it

In a tropical forest, where only the power is the only Constitution to decide right and wrong for all people, if people are here, they are almost absolutely the ruler. Ordinary life is prosperous, no one is wrong, so of course, the ruler will have countless "loyal" followers.

Among the servants, there was a hunting dog. With achievements and the top feats, the hunting dog is always proud that he is only under the control of one person. His words meant the Lord's will, he said what the boss said. If he was upset or sad the boss would mirror his emotion. In every hunt, he was always given the vanguard, leading the mighty South Vietnamese army to punish Bac Binh. Every time he appeared, whether it were lions, tortoises, frogs; they were all terrified. From a career perspective, he made good use of the opportunity that the rulers gave.

As usual, the hunt went on as planned by the hound. Today there is something special, the boss expressed his desire to go alone with him. Knowing this, the hound could not help but be surprised, nor hide the joy. In front of the army of gods, he patted his chest, "You see, here only I can win the trust of the boss. You know what to do, listen to what I say, or you will turn into the prey for the boss to hunt. ”

When he arrived at the old forest, the owner discovered a star-streaking deer. The stubborn, calm appearance of the deer caused the boss's anger to flare up. “In this forest, I am the only ruler. All creatures who see us have to listen, why is that deer showing such little respect?”.

The bow in the boss’s hand loaded and ready to shoot. The arrow tore the wind away, following the supreme command of the ruler. The deer was soon hit with an arrow, bleeding profusely. Pain caused from thigh wounds, tears like waterfalls, thoughts came into his mind.

Heaven and the blue sky suddenly darkened. Its gentle nature every day now is like a poison. Is today the end of my life? I will no longer be able to meet my parents and friends? Won't you taste the sweetness of grass, won't you sip cool water again?

The most terrible thing that his mother instructed appeared in his head. No, even if I'm a deer, I have the right to do what I want. I don't think hunters can have anything they want, I have to live to prove it. Just like that, the pain soaked in bone marrow, he jumped into the jungle.

The hound, the honor of being the only servant who accompanied his master, followed orders, and sprung up. The chase began to take place. Chasing is a hunting dog's job and a boss challenge. The skill of chasing, ability to judge, locate, determine the direction and action of prey are all memorized.

In this forest, the hounds know everything better than anyone. But strangely, why did the scene became so dark today? Running forever, running forever but unable to catch the prey, the hound tired.

When the hunt began the boss was excited, but the end of the hunt he was very angry. The boss said: “The deer was a lame, why couldn’t you chase it? I’ve shown you love and empathy yet you still couldn’t catch the wounded deer whilst you were chasing it”. The hound whispered, stammering, "Boss, I have tried my best, please  give me sympathy.”

The deer was exhausted, and had crawled back home. He saw his father, his mother, and neighbors waiting for him at the door, and he was extremely happy. After the unique escape, the relatives of the deer gathered in to talk. "You were hunted, but how did you escape the fierce hound?", "My friend, how did you escape from him?", "Is was because you read books every day so you know how to overcome danger?”... Any questions, the deer shook their heads. "The only thing that helped me escape the danger today was that I worked harder than the dog.”

Failure is the motivation to help you continue to overcome challenges, challenges are opportunities for you to succeed.

4 lessons

The ruler is not invincible. Today he may hold the throne, but the pig trough will be displayed after the party because of him showing arrogance and blindness whilst in power.

The character who was considered trustworthy and powerful in the organization is not necessarily the one who brought success. Pride always exists in each individual's instinct. Lower yourself, be sociable and always call for new collective strength to help avoid unnecessary failures.

Don't ignore life. Also, don’t push yourself to death like the strategy of "going to death's door will bring you to life." Luck rarely smiles at someone who likes to tease life. Whether we live or die, our glory or our failure will be ours.

For every job, every step we take, use all our energy to spread our legs. Don't try your best to finish something, but instead put your mind in every action. Effort with enthusiasm is enough to preserve passion. Passion and passionate people will not die. Human has only one life. So always try new challenges in life. In the future, no matter what the world may be, our wealth may not be brought along, but we are happy to be able to experience the opportunities that life has brought us.

How much is not enough in the past, so trust yourself to do something that people don't expect because you're trying to do it..

The past is enough to change today

10 years ago, you or I were still young. 20 years ago, my friend and I were playing innocently with colorful balloons. 5 years from now, 10 or even 30, 50 years from now, who will you and I be?

The future needs planning. But without the past, without today will never reach the future door. So even though 2018 was still hard, even though many things made us upset, there are still friends who make us sad, but what has passed is the opportunity for us to change..

The challenge of 2019 will be even more. The competition will only increase, not decrease. Overcome challenges together, you, me, let us strive, together we move forward.

Don’t be pessimistic with the present

Maybe you're just an employee. Do you think you will work hard to foster your boss instead of your future? You are partly right but partly wrong. Maybe for you, today's work will only bring you three piles of money, but it is not your goal in life. Your goal is from those three piles, you will try your best to explore new and better things for you and for those around you. When you do that, you become your own boss. At the same time, the concept of master will no longer exist as you think. It is a relationship that works together. Your boss needs you, the one who gives you the opportunity, and you are the one who takes the opportunity to enrich yourself.

If you have a business today, you can see your competitors everywhere, but no competitors means you are offering a product that no one needs.
